Service Description
Rest & Repair Yoga is a still, floor-based practice focused on rest and deep relaxation. Poses are fully supported using cushions, bolsters and blankets, allowing the body to settle without effort. Instead of stretching or flowing, the practice involves staying in a small number of carefully set-up positions for longer periods of time. This gives the body space to soften, the breath to slow, and the mind to settle naturally. You can expect: - Fully supported, comfortable poses held for extended periods - Minimal movement and unhurried pacing - Guided rest and relaxation, with quiet pauses throughout The emphasis is on comfort, ease and allowing the body to rest, rather than doing or achieving anything. No previous yoga experience is needed. This class is suitable for anyone looking for a calm, soothing and restful practice, including those feeling tired, overwhelmed, or in need of deeper rest. You’re welcome to join in person or online, setting yourself up as comfortably as possible.
Cancellation Policy
For Memberships/Class Passes you can reschedule or cancel your booking from Manage Your Bookings, up until 24 hrs before the session starts. Cancelled bookings done in time will be credited back to your Membership/Class Pass. For Drop Ins you can also reschedule your booking from your profile, as long as it's at least 24 hrs before the session starts, but please note that if you cancel your booking, we don't offer refunds for any Drop Ins. All cancellations regardless of Payment Option with less than 24 hr notice or No-Shows are non-refundable. If a class has less than the minimum number of participants, it might run via Zoom only. Friendly reminder that refunds aren't available for tech issues on your end when joining via Zoom. Please check your setup beforehand. We recommend that you log in at least 20 mins beforehand so we do have some time before in person clients arrive, to try and help you if needed.
