Terms & Conditions
All classes and sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. We have a variety of flexible payment options for all classes and private sessions, to find what works best for you: Annual Membership (paid as a monthly subscription), Class Passes and Drop Ins (more about Pricing Options). Each Membership and Class Pass has a set no of sessions/month that can be used to book any class in that category (Pilates, Yoga, Barre, 1-2-1) - you don't have to stick to the same day, unless you want to.
For Memberships/Class Passes you can reschedule or cancel your booking from your profile at any time, as long as it's at least 24 hrs before the session starts. Cancelled bookings done in time will be credited back to your Membership/Class Pass.
For Drop Ins you can also reschedule your booking from your profile, as long as it's at least 24 hrs before the session starts, but please note that if you cancel your booking, we don't offer refunds for any Drop Ins (Pilates, Yoga, Barre, 1-2-1).
All cancellations regardless of Payment Option with less than 24 hr notice are non-refundable.
Membership/Class pass must be used within the valid timeframe. Once it's expired it won't be renewed, and any sessions left can't be carried over to a new pass, or redeemed towards a private lesson or other events. Please appreciate that you may need to be flexible in terms of class level, day and time to use up of your Membership/Class pass.
Please note that we need a minmum no of participants to run a class, so we really appreciate your prompt booking to attend a class, to avoid last minute cancellations. If we're below the minimum no, we may need to change the venue, or move to an Online class only. We'll do our very best to keep a regular timetable, but if a class or session has to be cancelled, your booking will be credited back to your Membership/Class Pass, and you'll be asked to reschedule your Drop In.
