Service Description
Begin your day with a shared morning yoga practice, welcoming the body awake and setting a calm, steady tone for the day ahead. This live online class offers a thoughtful, feel-good blend of movement, breath and pause - sometimes gently flowing and energising, sometimes slower and more settling - guided by what the body needs and the rhythm of the season. Each class is a little different, keeping the practice fresh, nourishing and responsive rather than rigid or repetitive. Practising live on Zoom means you can join from the comfort of your own space, while still feeling connected and supported in real time. It’s an easy, accessible way to move, breathe and reset without rushing, pressure or expectation. All levels are welcome. Set up your space, roll out your mat, and take this time to arrive, move and we'll welcome the day together.

Cancellation Policy
For Memberships/Class Passes you can reschedule or cancel your booking from Manage Your Bookings, up until 24 hrs before the session starts. Cancelled bookings done in time will be credited back to your Membership/Class Pass. For Drop Ins you can also reschedule your booking from your profile, as long as it's at least 24 hrs before the session starts, but please note that if you cancel your booking, we don't offer refunds for any Drop Ins. All cancellations regardless of Payment Option with less than 24 hr notice or No-Shows are non-refundable. If a class has less than the minimum number of participants, it might run via Zoom only. Friendly reminder that refunds aren't available for tech issues on your end when joining via Zoom. Please check your setup beforehand. We recommend that you log in at least 20 mins beforehand so we do have some time before in person clients arrive, to try and help you if needed.
