We specialize in 1-2-1 sessions and small classes to provide individual guidance and attention in a welcoming environment and a supportive community.

Hello, I'm Charlotte!
I have been practising Pilates for almost 25 years,
and it really was love at first encounter. Knowing absolutely nothing about it, I just went along with a friend to mix up my gym and weights routine, and that was the beginning of a beautiful friendship as they say. At the time I was in the corporate world, working in a global environment with long hours, performance targets, tight deadlines, stress and slowly but surely burn-out crept up on me.
It was the start of a deeply transformative time, where I changed my work-life balance and reevaluated more or less everything, and I realised that I was missing something - joy! So I took a leap of faith, leaving everything I thought I knew to pursue my passion for Pilates.
And that's how my journey as a teacher in wellness began. Along the way, I've added qualifications in Barre, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation and Mindfulness. These additional modalities have allowed me to provide a more holistic approach to wellness, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience to help others find balance and an inner resilience in their lives.
Overall, my journey has been one of transformation and growth, and I am excited to guide and support others on their own journey towards wellness.
