Welcome to Head To Toe Pilates & Yoga

A space to move, strengthen, and feel more at home in your body.

Life can feel full, fast, and sometimes a little overwhelming — and that’s exactly why your practice doesn’t need to be.

 

Here, you’ll find a range of Pilates and Yoga classes designed to support you in a way that feels realistic, steady, and sustainable. From Mat Pilates and Reformer to Yin Yoga, Slow Flow and more energising styles, each class is designed to help your body feel stronger, more mobile, and more balanced.

 

Classes take place mainly in Chandler’s Ford, with some sessions in Shedfield — all kept small, supportive and welcoming, so you can feel at ease from the moment you walk in.

 

There’s no pressure to perform or keep up — just space to move at your own pace.

 

Alongside weekly classes, there are also workshops and seasonal sessions to give you the chance to slow down, explore things more deeply, and take a little extra time for yourself when you need it.

 

1-2-1 sessions are also available, offering more personalised support and guidance if you’d like something tailored just to you.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, ease tension, improve mobility or simply take a moment for yourself — you’re in the right place.

Hello, I'm Charlotte!

My Story
I have been practising Pilates for almost 25 years,

and from the very beginning, it just felt right.

What started as something to complement my gym routine quickly became much more. I loved how it made my body feel — stronger, more supported, more balanced — but also how it brought a sense of focus and calm that stayed long after the class had finished.

I loved it so much that I knew I wanted to share it — and that’s how I began teaching.

 

Alongside Pilates, I’ve trained in Yoga, Barre, Reiki, Meditation and Mindfulness. Each of these has shaped the way I teach — not as separate things, but as a simple, thoughtful approach to movement that supports the body as a whole.

 

My focus isn’t on doing things perfectly or pushing to extremes, but on helping you move in a way that feels good, makes sense for your body, and fits into real life.

 

It’s about building strength, easing tension, and creating a way of moving that you can come back to again and again.
